Misguided moron sues the wrong guy

Recently in th Spanish news a businessman that hit and killed a 17 year old cyclist is suing the boys parents for the damage the body caused by smashing into his Audi A8. The 2004 accident allegedly caused 20,000 euros of damage to the car.

“I’m also a victim in all of this, you can’t fix the lad’s problems, but you can fix mine,” the businessman told the newspaper, ahead of a January 30 legal decision on his suit.

Well first off, an Audi? Thats a big german turd in my eyes. And secondly, why the hell is he suing the parents? He should be suing the dead body, it was the damn bodies fault for damaging the car in the first place. God, don't blame the gun maker, blame the gun. The parents didn't put that body in the cars way. This guys got it all wrong.
